Terms
These are the terms for using Loupe, at loupeeditor.com. They are short because the arrangement is simple: you bring your photographs, we provide an editor, and each side keeps what is theirs.
Your photographs are yours
You keep every right to the photographs you open in Loupe and to the edits you make. We claim nothing over them, we do not use them to train anything, and as described in the privacy page we never hold the full files.
What you agree to
Use Loupe only with photographs you have the right to edit, and not for anything unlawful. One account per person. Do not try to get around the plan limits, probe the service, or resell access to it.
Plans and payment
The free plan includes a set number of AI edits a month. Paid plans are billed by Stripe, monthly, at the price shown when you subscribe. Founding prices stay at that rate for as long as the subscription is kept. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us and we will sort it out, including a refund where that is the right thing.
The assistant
The assistant makes suggestions and applies adjustments. It can be wrong, and every move it makes can be undone. You are the editor; check the result before you use it.
The service
Loupe is early and made by two people. We aim to keep it up and to keep your edits safe, but we provide it as it is, without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We may close accounts that break these terms.
