Fix a photo that looks too yellow
Lamps, candles and street lights all paint photos orange. Drop yours and Loupe takes the cast out, while keeping the warmth that belongs there.

Drop your yellow photo
It opens in the editor with the request already typed. Change the words if you like, then send it. Your first edit is free.
Your photo never leaves your device. JPEG, HEIC, PNG, WebP, or camera RAW on a computer, up to 200MB.
Your eyes adjust to warm light so quickly that you never notice it. The camera doesn’t, so a room that felt cosy comes out the colour of weak tea.
What it changes
Mostly the white balance: the temperature pulled back toward blue and the tint corrected, until things that should be white or grey look white or grey again. For a stubborn cast, it also quietens the yellows and oranges on their own.
It keeps an eye on skin while it does this. Take out every last bit of warmth and people start to look unwell, so it usually stops just short of fully neutral. If you want it colder, say so.
Things you can say next
- “The walls are still a bit orange.”
- “Too blue now. Warm it back up a touch.”
- “Keep the candle glow, just fix the faces.”
When there are two kinds of light
A room with a window on one side and a lamp on the other is lit in two colours at once, and a single correction can’t make both right. Loupe can correct one side and soften the other with a mask, which gets most photos most of the way. Sometimes the honest fix is deciding which side matters more.
Why do my indoor photos look yellow?
Household bulbs give off warm, orange-tinted light. Your phone tries to correct for it, but it often leaves some in on purpose, and it gets confused when a room has more than one kind of light.
Is it free?
Your first edit needs no account at all. After that, a free account gets ten AI edits a month, and every slider in the editor is free to use by hand.
Will it change faces?
No. Loupe only changes light and colour, never the shape of anything, so people look exactly like themselves.
Does my photo get uploaded?
The photo stays in your browser. To see what it’s working with, the assistant gets a small preview, at most 512 pixels across, which is not stored.
