Which cameras work?

Is it the full resolution?
Yes. It develops the sensor data itself rather than pulling out the small preview stored in the file, so a 40-megapixel RAW comes back as a 40-megapixel JPEG.
What will the JPEG look like?
About as bright and contrasty as the JPEG your camera would have made. The colour is neutral rather than your camera’s picture style or film simulation.
